Venue/Artist Workflow

Here’s a flowchart of how our process works
  • Log into gigVANA
  • Artists & Venues will both register to create a profile
  • Artists will need to create at least 1 style to be notified of and to request posted gig Requests.
  • Venues have 2 ways to book artists.
    • by posting a public gig request that is visible to all artists
    • by searching artists and/or artist styles, and submitting a booking request directly to an artist
  • Artists can be booked 2 ways
    • being selected via a requested, published gig request
    • or via a venue directly requesting a booking through 1 of an artists listings
